  Jill was a pleasure to work with. Her patience and knowledge throughout the process was much appreciated. Everything from the installation of our new unit to the finishing of the stone facade was handled professionally. Any issues that arose we're handled promptly and were resolved to our complete satisfaction (even if it meant coming back to repaint our entire wall!). The team installing our fireplace made sure we knew how to operate and maintain our new unit. When it came time for the stone work, Joe was a true artist and did not leave until we were completely satisfied. The finished product has completely transformed our living space and I could not be happier!
